Cell service is excellent on the property, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi runs throughout the home, so you can stay connected when you want to. Located in a safe, beautiful part of the Big Island, well away from any active lava flow, with excellent air quality and clean mountain air. Children are welcome — please supervise kids around the waterfall, swimming hole, animals, and trails. This is a working ranch and a wild property, not a manicured resort. IMPORTANT: A high-clearance 4WD or AWD vehicle is REQUIRED to reach this property. Standard rental cars and low-clearance vehicles will not make it. Plan your rental car accordingly before booking.
