"Service was great. Requested for a baby cot and side by side rooms, and all were met. They even threw in simple deco and a cake for my husband's birthday. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return."

"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "

"The hotel was okay although it’s starting to feel a bit tired in places and in need of a refresh. Staff were friendly with the exception of the front office staff who when we checked in seemed to be more interested in other matters. Breakfast has a wide ranging choice but it’s just too busy and chaotic."

Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts. We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia."
