"Our room was not clean - there were carpet stains all around the work desk area. We arrived late and knew that if we reported it then, we would be moved. I did inform the front desk when we checked out the next day for our flight back home."

"For an airport hotel, this accommodation is really value for money. Big, spacious rooms, mom clean uncomfortable. The check-in procedure is very easy. The dinner restaurant and the bar are very nice. The breakfast leaves a little bit to desire. It’s in the medium range and quite noisy. Note that this is very much a family and group traveler hotel so if you’re looking for peace and quiet maybe not the ideal accommodation. "Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, big screen TV, pleasant decor. The family room with 2 king beds was very spacious and good priced. The connection to the airport and public transportation to the city centre was very convenient. We had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend."

"Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers ."

"Everything is quite simply ideal for the leisure traveler. You couldn’t ask for a better location, in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods without feeling crowded or touristy. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. If you plan to do a canal tour, definitely plan to do this through the hotel’s boat, The Tourist, which boasts a historical link to Winston Churchill. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences as well. "
