"the room was mostly clean, just kind of damages on the walls and such, very nice bathroom, and very close to a tram stop if you’re looking for public transit. the front desk isn’t always staffed but there’s a literal ring doorbell and everyone i spoke with was very kind!"

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, super modernes und sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Freundliches Personal und Kostenlose Heißgetränke den ganzen Tag. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Zimmer geräumig und ansprechend gestaltet. Allerdings haben wir unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, als sehr hellhörig empfunden. Die Zimmertür hat Geräusche der Haupttür und der Lobby durchgelassen. Dies hat unserem Aufenthalt jedoch keinen Dämpfer verpasst - wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"There is a lot to like but equally a lot we disliked. For starters our Captain suite on the second floor doesn't overlook the river but looks out onto the restaurant build right in front. No blackout curtains means waking up when daylight hits the glass front. Noise is another issue, room doors do not close softly but slam shut, not good. Our upstairs 'neighbours' were clearly noticable, very annoying. Our fire alarm went off twice all because of a shower and I guess, my wife's hairdryer....

"I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable. I loved the sofa/sauna area. The breakfast buffet was good but I would have liked some more variety. The gym needs a lot of help too."

"We arrived before our room was ready, however the 2nd floor was a nice lounge with food and beverage (self-service) with CC payment. Ideal for waiting. Hotel close to lots of amenities, sites, and transport. Air conditioning was a little weak,but advised front desk who were going to check it out. Front desk staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property."

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. "Het ontbijt was voldoende en vers. Het ontbijt was lekker. Meer duidelijkheid of richtlijnen met betrekking tot het ontbijt zouden handig zijn. Het was niet geheel duidelijk tot welk uur je kon ontbijten. Gezien zowel inchecken als uitchecken bijna volledig via hun website verliep, zou het interessant zijn om ook via de website info over het ontbijt te verlenen. Parking was handig. De kamers waren proper. "

We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative.
