Detached luxury holiday home with sauna

This beautiful chalet is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg in Salzburgerland in the cozy village of Niedernsill. The chalet is a semi-detached house, with the right half all to yourself. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families.

Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and in winter. There are many possibilities for e.g. B mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See in just a few minutes.

On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. As an extra there is a basement with ski storage room and after a wonderful day in the snow, a great hike or a mountain bike tour you can relax in your own wellness area with sauna.

If you rent a cot and high chair for the baby, linen is also supplied. Both bed linen and towels.

Tolles, gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage. Wir waren mit 7 Personen dort, es gab ausreichend Platz und auch mal Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist klein aber reicht vollkommen aus. Toll ist die Sauna!

The house and interior is great, but cleaning was not finished when we arrived. We told the manager in advance that we would arrive at 4pm, but cleaning was finished 5:30pm.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der FeWo! Man kann super spazieren gehen, die Betten sind gemütlich, die Küche toll ausgestattet und die Sauna ist das Highlight! Es gibt sogar eine PS3 wenn man Lust hat ne Runde Fifa zu zocken ;) Gereinigt war es leider nicht gründlich, eine gute Staubschicht war zu finden, aber das haben wir bereits an das reinigungspersonal weitergegeben.

Bei 10 Personen eine Woche Skiurlaub kommt das Haus an seine Grenzen da die Zimmer dann teilweise sehr beengt sind. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus. Es fehlt lediglich an Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten in den schlafzimmer und Bädern. Mit geringem Einsatz wie z.B. Regalablagen oder Handtuch- bzw. Kleiderhaken wäre es deutlich angenehmer, bei wie geschrieben maximaler Belegung.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, es stand ein netter Willkommensgruß auf dem Tisch, tolle Bäder, wunderbare Sauna, bequeme Betten (nur das Babybett war leider viel zu weich), Einrichtung hochwertig, prima Lage, ruhig, trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen, auch der Einkaufsservice am Anreisetag und Brötchenservice (einer Bäckerei) war prima. Da wir mit 3 kleinen Kindern da waren, hat uns ein bisschen eine Ablage/Regal im Wohnraum gefehlt. Auch ein Besen wäre nett gewesen, sowohl für drinnen, als auch für draußen, um den vielen Schnee, der uns im Januar 2019 beglückt hat, vor der Haustür wegkehren zu können. Das eine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß ist allerdings sehr eng, ein bisschen vollgestellt.

Het is een zeer lux nieuw huisje. Uitgebreide apparatuur in de keuken. Veel slaapkamers met badkamers. Het ligt op een mooi plekje met schitterend uitzicht. Wij hebben genoten.
