"So many good things to recommend about this hip hotel. Problems, however, to note: A/C struggles to keep up with serious summer heat. Plan accordingly. Free coffee service was down for four of my six days there. Bubbly water was down for three days. Noise from the street is only a problem when sirens blare. Now the good: all new, clean, functional. Room/bath have all you need. Windows open in case you need some fresh air. Curtains are blackout, very useful. Beds comfortable and new. ...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair...

"Tolles Hotel, kinderfreundlich, tolle Lage im Grünen, nahe Gärten. Exzellentes Frühstück. Bei schönem Wetter auch draußen. Toller Spa Bereich mit Schwimmbad (gegen Aufpreis 7,50 Euro) Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr, aber auch andere Parkplätze in der Nähe. Holländisches Viertel fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder hierhin."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. U Bahn direkt nebenan, S Bahn ist fussläufig erreichbar, Tiergarten vor der Haustür, Frühstück ist toll, Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut. Für einen Trip mit Kindern stehen einklappbare Wandbetten anstelle eines Schlafsofa zur Verfügung, was ich sehr schätze. Reise mit Hund war kein Problem."

"It is in a great location and we dealt with a very helpful staff member named Toni who helped us find a lost passport but I still feel I should rate the stay very low because the AC was not working in our room and I alerted the staff to this issue every day for the 5 day stay and nothing was ever done about it. I spoke with other quests and many had the same issue with no effort made by the hotel to fix it that I'm aware of. The room was 26 degrees Celsius and sometimes higher. Was a very bad...
