"My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!"

"This is a nice property, charming, safe neighborhood. Remodeled to a high standard. The owner was easily reached and prompt to respond from the minor questions to a big need for ice melts in a surprise snow. There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that keep me from giving this a 5. Parking could be a little bit of an issue, 2-3 in driveway, none on road. Have to walk across grass and small incline to get to front door. Bring ALL of your own food needs, even salt and pepper. "
