This multi-unit 1905 house is located within walking distance of both downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky. Transylvania University is also nearby. Rupp Arena is under 3/4ths of a mile away.

The apartment is comfortable and is equipped with a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Please note due to nearby construction the unit does not have a dedicated parking space.

Everything about the place is fine, but no better than fine. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, good TV, and the location is walkable to downtown if you don't have a car. Everything else was mediocre. It's in the back of an old house in an old part of town in a mildly dirty neighborhood. Not necessarily an unsafe neighborhood but definitely felt a little sketchy arriving at night. We could hear the upstairs neighbor at all times of day and night. Everything in the house felt dingy (smudged and slightly dirty dishes, old towels, floors) because it's an old house. Everything worked, but the pictures online are definitely slightly misleading of the general cleanliness and moderness of the house.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable

The area were this place is located is perfect. I could get to Rupp arena in 15 minutes by foot. If I was feeling lazy, I had an uber to pick me up within minutes. Great location. The place was clean. The host was very easy to work with. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Easy walk to Rupp Arena

We stayed one night after a concert at Rupp Arena. The apartment was very homey with a really comfortable bed. The vintage tile floor in the bathroom was amazing!

Nice location!

Very comfortable bed, clean, and very nice location. My partner and I were in town for a work conference of hers, which was at the Hyatt. It was a nice walk with a few coffee and breakfast options along the way each morning. I went along and then returned to work remotely from the apartment with no issues. We were within easy walking distance of all the restaurant options down town, and the place is also right across the street from the University of Kentucky.

THE WORST- UNSAFE - UNCLEAN

It couldn’t get any worse. I have suspicion It f mold and the main door was one firm push away from being broken down. I felt so unsafe not to mention the window was wide open when we showed up with no screen or any type of security.

Overall very good

I didnt like that the apartment was in the back, and at night coming out of the apartment was a little scary. The plot was very dark and a little spooky but everything else was very good. The apartment was pleasant everything worked fine in the apartment no issues

Not as advertised

The smell of cigarette smoke started from the entry of the unit and lasted throughout! This was advertised as a smoke free property. It was so bad that I could not stay there and had to go to a hotel. When I reported this to the property manager, they basically called me a liar saying that there was 100% no smell of smoke in the unit. The cleanliness was also sub-par. There were multiple "bodily stains" on the bed comforter.

The home smelled a bit like smoke and the patio around the entrance door was surrounded by cigarette butts. Its an old property and the person who lives above is a night owl. So, if you are a light sleeper, I'd consider a noise machine or stay elsewhere. This wasn't a terrible stay. Just fine.

Convenient location

Great location for walking to local restaurants and bars in the downtown area. Front door area I could use better lighting or coming in at night. Overall cleanliness was pretty good except for I was disappointed with the shower. It definitely could have used a scrub.
