Cheap but dirty and noisy hotel.

This hotel in located close to the market and within easy walk of the beach and most places in the city. Check-in is easy and the rooms when you arrive look clean. But the bathroom was not that clean, in the standard room there is a shower. The glass on the shower door was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Also we found a peace of tisuee or something on the floor in the shower that was dirty. The ned was lumpy, you could feel yhe spring's in your back, it's a shame as we had stayed in this hotel in 2013 and loved it but now 2019 the hotel looks old and not very clean. The swimming pool on the roof was green but people were still swimming in it. Breakfast was a large Buffett but this was mainly Vietnamese food. The only other food was bread and toast and fried eggs. The Orange juice at breakfast tasted more like Fanta orange, very sweet and not natural juice. Breathfast is on the roof and photos are of the view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is used by Chinese and Vietmese tour groups. They tend to smoke outside their rooms in the corridor and it stinks. Also, the rooms walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the room next door. We had a family that was very loud and then came home at 1.30am and was shouting in the corridors and in their room and that woke us up. It's such a lovely hotel but just needs a good clean and a few things fixed and keep it that way. It's a basic hotel for a cheap price but we will not be staying here again.

Fantastic. The hotel is a bit dated but I love the original feel of old fashioned. Staff were fantastic.

Everything good, only would appreciate longer time for breakfast which closes at 8.30, it should be extended up to 10.00, we are in vacation, no rush Another thing do not take their pick up st the airport which will charge you between 550,000 and 750,000 A regular taxi would charge you 300,000. Very good staff, close to market, sea and variety of restaurants Good stay

Great location and good stop on a low to medium £

Location is really good if you want to be more in that thick of the locals rather than the touristy area further south. lovely staff and also great for the beach!

Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles

L'hôtel est situé assez près de la plage mais à ce niveau la plage n'est pas propre. La chambre est très petite. Il faut réclamer les serviettes et les articles de toilette. On a un minuscule tube de dentifrice pour 2 personnes. Ailleurs, on a 2 petits tubes. Le soir, il y a très peu de pression à la douche et peu d'eau chaude. Le breakfast s'arrête à 8h30. Il y a rarement du jus d'orange et pas de thé chaud ! On peut demander de l'eau chaude mais il faut apporter son sachet. Le personnel de l'accueil est sympathique. La piscine est ridiculement petite, et il n'y a pas de prêt de serviette. C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles qui ne les mérite pas !

Tæt på strand

Vi havde et fint ophold. Morgenmadsbuffeten byder primært på asiatisk mad, så det er fint, hvis man er til det. Hotellet lå tæt på stranden, og vi fandt et par billige og god spisesteder i området.

Personale poco cordiale

Abbiamo avuto dei probblemi appena arrivate in albergo , abbiamo prenotato ad un prezzo e mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare un supplemento di 20 dollari per il 3 letto , dicendomi che mi era arrivata una mail x avvisarmi , invece non mi hanno mandato nulla.

Stiff as a board

The staff are great,they really put an effort in to keep you happy But it's always good to have a translation app on your IPad You might get something all together different than what you asked for Lol The Beds,are Great if you are Asian they are esntially plywood With 2 inches of Foam on them ,so I must say I Sufferd But other than that it's fine as an Enroute hotel

Ok for the price. Greet location to Market and street food! Rooms very noisy and other guests can be heard all day and night! Breakfast times 630-830. Bathrooms poor.

Cannot Recommend this Hotel!

We risked booking this hotel even though there were no ratings available at that point of time - a big mistake! When we checked in, the receptionist insisted on only giving us breakfast vouchers for the first morning - we would have to come back the next day to get those for our second morning there. The hotel description said a mini safe would be available in each room - when we checked in, there wasn't one. We called the reception to ask where to find it - the receptionist didn't understand what we were saying and just hung up the phone. We called back and now the receptionist promised to send up a mini safe immediately. When we called back about 3 hours later, another receptionist answered. She said there were no mini safes available. When we insisted, she asked us to hold the line - and just hung up. Now we were getting quite annoyed and called back again, insisting we get a safe right away. Of course, they only managed to bring one up the next morning. The room was not very clean, there were little insects crawling around. The bathroom was ok except that it took around 5' to get warm water. In general, the staff was not vey friendly and some receptionists barely understood English.

"Gillar du förorter passar detta bra"

Hotellet låg mitt i förorten ca 10 min ifrån stranden. Dålig frukostbuffe, personalen kunde ingen engelska, dåligt med utbud runt omkring, mycket trafik och avgaser. Dock var rummen helt okej, air-condition, rent och sköna sängar. Poolen var okej om man gillar privatpool, liten med ren, solstolarna var fallfärdiga och restaurangen/baren var stängd. På gatorna sprang det mycket råttor och kackerlackor, dock var maten, cigaretter och snacks mycket billigt i detta område. ca 7:- (25.000VND) för ett paket. Människorna var trevliga och försökte kommunicera på dålig engelska :)

Prisvart boende

Vi tyckte att det har hotellet var mycket bra for lite pengar. Frukosten kunde anpassas mer for oss vasterlanningar utan att for den delen ta bort den asiatiska maten. Litan men mycket ren och fin pool pa taket, inga andra besokare dar dagtid sa vi upplevde den lilla poolen som en egen privatpool, lite lyxigt med andra ord. Mycket nara till den langa fina stranden och nattmarknaden. Inte sa mycket turister just runt det har hotellet, mera vietnamesiskt vardagsliv, kul med andra ord.Prsonalen trevlig och hyfsat engelsktalande.

There are better hotels out there

Didn't have much choice when booking a hotel for our time in Nha Trang as this appeared to be the only one available on all the search engines. Hotel itself was clean and the rooms a decent size although lacked windows. Staff were the most unfriendly & unhelpful out of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam and location of hotel is not great.

Typical 3 star hotel

This is your typical 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for. Dirty windows, basic small room, etc. For Westerners, for breakfast they have bread, bacon and eggs. The staff was quite nice.

Beginnen bij het zwembad, dit is een groot uitgevallen badkuip met 4 ligstoelen zonder matras/kussen. Matig. Het ontbijt was buiten verwachting goed. Ligt naast een drukke en gezellige markt. Aanrader; ga vooral naar de modderbaden, dit is echt geweldig. De prijskwaliteit verhouding is prima. Tip controleer je ijskast voordat je accoord gaat.
