"Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped. In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen. Forgot to take pics of the room. "

"They have made our stay so comfortable and nice, we had to come back from our trip to Ha Long Bay. They provided extra towels for my daughter, held our luggages to our room, opens the door every time we enter or exit, and were always smiling and attentive. Oh, and breakfast was out of this world. Rooftop bar has amazing view, pool is clean, although very slippery. They offer 20 different food on top of pho, omelet etc. I ate passionfruit everyday. Overall fantastic stay. "

"Hôtel super sympa très belle chambre avec un très grand lit et une bonne literie, un accueil super sympa tout le monde est aux petits soins avec vous , vous avez l’impression de faire partie de la famille, il y a même un jeune réceptionniste qui parle 3 mots de Français, bien placé en plein centre avec de quoi manger ou boire un coup à pied la plage un peu loin mais faisable à pied aussi , une location de scooter à petit prix est disponible pour ne pas se casser la tête.. "when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!!
