"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico.
Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar.
All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable — perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring.
The location was excellent and made it easy to get around, yet the hotel still felt peaceful and safe. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property...

"When I checked out of the UL IV Apartments, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. I only realized it two days later and went back to the property. To my surprise and gratitude, the staff had found my wallet and kept it safely for me. "Service great. My major issue was the shower. The water pressure was low from a "rainfall" head and the water would suddenly get hot and cold all within seconds. So it wasnt stable in terms of keeping temperature of the water. "
