  • NUESTRO LODGE ESTÁ EQUIPADO PARA ALOJAR HASTA 10 PERSONAS Y HA SIDO RECIENTEMENTE DECORADO ESTE AÑO. THA LODGE ESTÁ ACTUALIZADO Y MANTENIDO A UN ALTO ESTÁNDAR.

    Este año pasado, hemos comprado NUEVOS SOFAS, CAMAS, CUBIERTOS, CORTINAS Y CORTINAS NUEVAS en todo el albergue para su mayor comodidad durante su estadía.

    El Holiday Lodge fue construido en 2005 con un diseño contemporáneo y una alta especificación que incluye calefacción central y doble acristalamiento. Es muy amplio y tiene una gran sala de estar de planta abierta que incluye una cocina totalmente equipada y equipada, CUATRO DOBLES dormitorios y TRES baños.
    Estamos ubicados dentro de un reconocido galardonado Resort and Spa que está abierto todo el año y ubicado en una excelente ubicación central en Cornwall. Somos muy accesibles, estamos a solo unos minutos de la autovía A30 y en una fantástica ubicación central para explorar todo Cornualles, especialmente la impresionante costa de Cornualles con sus playas de surf de renombre internacional.

    El complejo ha sido mejorado y modernizado en los últimos años y ahora cuenta con instalaciones de ocio que se encuentran entre las mejores del suroeste. Estos incluyen una piscina cubierta climatizada con una piscina para niños pequeños, un gimnasio equipado fantásticamente y una serie de estudios que ofrecen una gran variedad de clases para todos los niveles de condición física, como bomba de cuerpo, varios tipos de yoga, Pilates, un estudio giratorio, ejercicios aeróbicos zumba y aqua, por nombrar solo algunos. Great location. We had a few issues with the accommodation given but hosts were helpful. It was well equipped and clean apart from a few things which were passed on to the hosts.We only went for a week so we didn’t have time to use all the facilities on site but what was offered was great.

Property was perfect size for us in a great location, indoor pool was okay but maybe a little bit full when we were there, shops a 2 minute drive away, decent pub although only open Thursday to Sunday when we stayed, didn't try any of the food in the pub. The only downside for us was towels and general toiletries not supplied, we knew this when we booked but would be a great addition.

Lovely beach holiday spot

The house is much more spacious than the pictures imply. 3 bathrooms and one accessible along with a downstairs bedroom. Our extended age family group was so comfortable. About a 15 minute drive to beaches we love. There may be others even closer. Lovely pub and cafe. And an impressive gym. A winner

Lodge was great just what we needed, 3rd bed in twin room was not made up, and did not know it was there until the day we left, did go to reception did not know any thing about 3rd bed, pub not open on site only the swimming pool, paid alot of money for only the indooor pool to be used, good job we know Newquay well, lodge was great for the size of Family but wont be staying again

Have stayed here many many times over a period of 18 years with my family. This visit it was a shame to see that the standard has slipped ! The upkeep of the outside areas has gone down hill, weeds, dead plants, all the cobbles and indeed the slabs around the properties making it look worn. Some of the houses are in need of a bit of Tlc, painting inside and out, taking into consideration it’s not cheap to stay.

Clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean but needed a bit of maintenance as looking a bit tired.Check in was confusing, as the "temporary" reception area has no signage inside or outside of the building. The onsite facilities were poor, outdoor areas needed maintenance and a good gardener. In our weeks stay we never once managed to use the indoor pool, the booking system for this needs re- thinking, people book to swim but don't turn up on time, yet their swim session is not given to others who are waiting to swim. An onsite shop would be very useful. Not much there for teenagers. However it is in a good location amd you do need transport to get around as nearest bus stop is over 1 mile away.

Great Place

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of August and was a superb base. The house and general facilities around site were perfect for us and also the location is central to many areas we discovered in the week. Will certainly be staying again and cannot recommend enough. Cheers Wes

Missing it already!

Fantastic experience staying at the lodge in Atlantic Reach. Well kept and tidy property complete with modern facilities. Very helpful and friendly owner which was matched by the Resort staff. We are a family of eight and there was plenty of space in the property for everyone. 10 out of 10 as far as we’re all concerned!

Great place for a family holiday

After reading reviews of similar accommodation on the park, I was worried that the lodge would be too small to meet our needs but I could not have been more wrong. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children and we all easily fit around the dining table and in the spacious lounge area. The kitchen was well equipped for those wanting to cook a meal (we ate out most days). It was great having 3 bathrooms - after a day at the beach we didn't all have to queue for a shower (lovely and powerful by the way). We weren't always able to park outside our lodge but there was always somewhere to park close by. The shared area at the back of the lodge was great for the children to run about and play. The booking system for the pool was easy enough and you get to stay for 90 minutes per session which the children loved. We only used the indoor pool as it was a bit too chilly to brave the outside one although some people did! The outdoor play area was great and was situated right by the pub! There are supermarkets and shops close by but there is also a shop on the park with prices actually quite reasonable. There is a great pub nearby called The Blue Anchor. We ate there twice - the food is delicious (especially the seafood) and portions are very generous. There are plenty of beaches nearby that are family and dog friendly. I would highly recommend this lodge, this park and this area.

Could have done with a bus service had to use the car all the time. Nothing open only pool.

It was okay we enjoyed our holiday but wouldn’t choose to go again.

No where near as described

The property was described as luxury - it is far from that and I am currently exchanging message with the property owner about the terrible state of the accommodation. I have taken a number of photos and will be lodging a formal complaint with HomeAway as well shortly. This is unacceptable and breaches internet purchase consumer rights.

Wonderful family holiday

As an extended family (five adults and three children) we all really loved our stay at Atlantic Reach. The house is roomy and really well equipped and we had lots of space. The three bathrooms were particularly appreciated! We dined in a lot and the kitchen is really well kitted out with everything you might need. The living room is comfortable and well laid out and really we couldn’t fault it. Everything was also very clean and in good working order. The children loved the indoor pool and the soft play area and the site was ideal for them in that respect. I used the gym which was also great! The outside pool isn’t heated and was too cold for us to use, which was a shame, but we spent most days at the beach anyway. The main issue we had with the site was the lack of public transport to Newquay. There is a bus, but it stops running back to the site very early, so there was no way of enjoying a night in Newquay without the use of a taxi. But overall we had a lovely week and the house was really perfect for us; thank you!

Lovely stay

The house was very clean, comfortable, spacious and was well equipped. We were however dismayed that there was no washing machine either in the house or on the holiday park. We were staying for a week with 3 small children and this caused us a lot of inconvience involving a search and a trip or two into Newquay. We also expected there to be some sort of entertainment/activities on for the children since it was half-term but there was nothing. The pool and cafe were great though.

I think there should be some changes and improvements for better service.The location is great.

Hi Kamla, happy new year! Our stay was lovely, thank you so much we would like to come back again later. There are many places to visit in that lovely region. The facilities was great as well. The problem we had was with the hot water and heating. On the second day we had not hot water until 10:00 pm. During night time was very hot as opposite to day time. We had another friend stayed in the different house in Atlantic Rich in the same time as us. They had not any problem like our one. There were many children games , puzzles, washing mashine as well and many dvd disks. I hope this will help you for improving the service. Kind Regards Tihomir& family

Good size house and well located

We had a great time at Atlantic reach. The house was a good size for 7 of us and location was great for the area. Facilities in Atlantic Reach weren’t used much but gym was good.
