    Island Retreat es una unidad frontal de 2 pisos que tiene 1 dormitorio en la planta baja con un baño adjunto y 3 dormitorios más acompañados de 2 baños en el piso de arriba.     Nuestra propiedad está ubicada a menos de una cuadra de la hermosa Bahía Balboa, el paseo marítimo y el ferry Balboa que da acceso a las playas de la Península y al Océano Pacífico. El ferry es un encantador viaje de 5 minutos directamente a la Zona de Diversión Balboa (con arcadas, atracciones y bocadillos), el muelle de Balboa, tiendas y restaurantes, excursiones en bote y pesca (incluido el transporte a la cercana isla de Catalina) y deportes acuáticos / en bicicleta. alquileres.

Easy access to the Ferry if you are heading to the beach (Balboa Pier). Comfortable accommodations for 6 adults and 4 children. Kitchen was really nice. The A/C was an added bonus. We would stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay in Newport Beach on Balboa Island. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and in a perfect location close to the ferry, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Our host was also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our large group! It was clean and as described. Had everything we needed! The location is perfect! You are close to the ferry and a minutes walk from the water. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed the property. It had everything that we needed for our stay in Balboa. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable and good location. we would stay again. One item is that if you travel from out of stay, I personally feel that an earlier check in time, now at 4:00 PM, would be easier to manage. I did try reaching out to see if we could check in any earlier, but did not hear back. My fault as I reached out day of arrival, should have asked before I supposed. Ended up hanging out at mall with luggage for a few hours:) Little thing, but it would be helpful to have an earlier check in. Try this place, thought, its super nice and well situated.

Great spot for a family vacation

We had a great time staying here. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The parking was a little tight but that’s California beach area not the property fault. A nice bonus was beach towels and toys there to enjoy.

Perfect Local on Balboa

We loved this location... our teenage sons went across the street to play basketball several times a day! Perfect spot with a small market and restaurant steps away, or we took the stroll to the main shops. Really enjoyed our stay... thank you!

The home was accurately described and pictured in the listing. The AC did not work great and was reported to the host who was responsive to our request but wasn’t able to get someone out during our stay to fix it. The house had everything we needed, was spacious and in a great location! This home is near all of the local attractions; with easy walking access, on the street that the ferry picks up from but it was very quiet at night. Having the garage space to park was helpful. As a bonus there is beach gear to use. Would definitely stay again.

Balboa island getaway

Location was perfect. Place needs a handyman to fix few small things (like bathroom towel holders that are broken, loose shower faucet etc) but nothing major and a bit of love. Overall the location, size, comfort, easy access, parking, management response and price were great. We would definitely go back if we stay in the area.

Weekend in Balboa

This was an incredible property for a weekend stay in Balboa. Location less than a minute walk from the ferry made it very easy to get around. Very spacious property with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it a great choice for large groups. The property manager was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!
