"Wonderful vacation spot. The apartment was large, clean, close to the lake. Perfect spot to walk around the lake, walk to shops and restaurants and coffee spots. Right across from Olympic rinks and museum. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to laundry room was great. Driving to hiking trailheads was easy and quick from this location "

"An incredible property in the heart of downtown lake placid. There is a little noise from the restaurants near by but very manageable. The “private” dock is a wonderful plus and we couldn’t have been happier with the location. "

"The house and location was perfect for our family, loved the coziness of the fireplace on the chilly nights. "

"Weather was perfect, plenty of sleeping and private space. So much fun had by all three generations of extended family. Beach was great for the littles. Our 4 year old learned to kayak. We were expecting a dock for our boat from the pictures online but we made it work. Relaxing!!!"

"What an amazing experience! This glamping site is not like other campsites; it is a breath of fresh air! The ladies that run this place work hard to make sure that you have an amazing experience! Yet there is no internet (not a bad thing) and no playground, my 8year old loved the Lodge and all the board games. But think the best part for her was feeding the chickens and collecting eggs. It's the perfect spot to use as a base to explore the surrounding area's rich American history and resources.Leslie is an outstanding, friendly host! "

"Everything about this property was carefully designed and crafted to complement the Adirondack theme. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After preparing dinner they started a fire in the pit where everyone congregated and traded stories. Highly recommend this property!"
