The County Hotel, Newcastle
"Hotel took a £50 holding fee which is fine but i did not use the minibar or anything else in the room and my holding charge was returned £1.30 less, so they have charged me for something i did not use. Ive been trying to contact the hotel for hours to try to speak to someone and have sent emails ..."

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
"Amazing rooms and deco. Fantastic spa with 25m pool and well maintained. Great fun on driving range and sports bar is unreal. Only negative was eggs benedict with hard yolk, not how it should be served. Asian restaurant was ok."
