"There should be microwave oven in the rooms, it’s very basic to have in the room. Also, basic cutleries should be made available. Being able to get it from the restaurant when they don’t provide 24hrs is not good enough. Customer service needs to be better."

"The stay was okay it’s just the parking paying $44unacceptable because i had another car which they should honor it the person was staying in the same hotel room with me. Also fire alarm went off and staff didn’t inform guests to evacuate or anything."

"I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. I was asked to text a copy of my ID to some random number with no clue who would have access to my private information. The booking was “non-refundable”. After 20 plus...

He went way way beyond for us to check us in early. He was also very helpful when I had questions about the train, subway. He was very calming very kind and he explained everything so well. He is amazing !"
