Perfect for relaxing and watching the ducks.

Perfect for relaxing and watching the ducks. Husband enjoyed the fishing. Pub about a mile away and various places of interest not too far to drive to.

In rural settings the place was absolutely lovely. Definitely need your own car but it was just idyllic. Lodge where we stayed was light an airy despite being nearly 40 degrees outside. Pond was full of carp and the ducks and other water birds were a delight. Only gripe was went to use the washing machine and it was all black on seal and looked filthy inside…so never used and the bedding smelt musty.Would definitely recommend whether just to chill out for few days or explore all around.
