Super cute place! Very convenient & the host Lisbeth was amazingly sweet, available and accommodating during our stay!!The place was adorable, super comfortable bed and couch, and Lisbeth even helped us out with meeting our needs for a late check-out and for leaving our suitcases til evening since we had late flights— allowing us to maximize our time in NYC!Also, the location felt surprisingly safe to walk at night, especially compared to some of the streets of Miami and San Fran.Everything was clean, we loved the bathroom and kitchen and bedroom and living room, decor was on point My boyfriend and I had an incredible time in NYC, and we loved our home away from home!! Thank you, Lisbeth!! She is so sweet & giving.PS Also, as a note to future guests: if you plan to cook, you may want to bring your own mini cooking oil and salt/pepper— that was the only thing that was a little tricky. Also, there wasn’t a microwave, I don’t believe, so I needed to boil water for tea and reheat my leftovers on the stove- so just a heads up :)But honestly these things all were easy to adjust to, we LOVED it & would stay here again!! AMAZING PLACE AT A GREAT PRICE!

The kitchen was the least equipped; it was missing a microwave and the coffee maker was only for pod coffee, which made it difficult to make a morning latte. There is also no laundry, but Liz helps you find everything, so that the stay is very comfortable. Beyond that, the excellent rating is because Liz really helps you with whatever you need. She is very attentive. I found the apartment in perfect condition. I was told bad things about the area, but honestly I had no issues at all.

This listing has potential but was quite filthy. I have no idea how the other reviews are so different. We had to sweep there was so much hair and dirt on the floor in all rooms. The bathmat was very dirty. ALL of the bath towels were very damp as if taken out of the dryer too soon. The listing says 4 can sleep here, there should be linens and bedding which there was not. I had to use a couch pillow and a throw blanket. Also advertised were space heaters, there were none. No extra pillows, sheets, towels. I would have washed the dishes before leaving, but no dish soap. Some silverware still had food on it. There was a single serve coffeemaker and only tiny little espresso cups. No regular coffee mugs- so I had to use all the tiny cups for one cup of coffee. No napkins or tissue boxes, no salt pepper or sugar, no microwave though a fully equipped kitchen is advertised.None of the lamps work properly- missing bulbs in floor lamps. Directions were to lock windows upon departure but some window locks were broken and couldn’t lock. The pluses were good water and hot shower. We didn’t find it particularly convenient to the mta. It was fairly easy to get in though the apt door lock is tricky- all things to look past if the property was clean, but we agree with another review - didn’t even like walking across the floor it was SO dirty. NOT clean.

This apartment was such a great place to be able to come back to after a long day out exploring. I mean what more can you ask for? It’s a FULLY furnished apartment with plenty of towels, blankets, shampoo/conditioner, toiletries, as well as a full kitchen! Everything was safe and secure, it felt like it was our own little apartment in New York. Might just have to return for future trips out!

The host was extremely accommodating, easy to contact, and very understanding of trip related mishaps. I'm so appreciative of her and her patience!The place was clean and exactly as advertised. Having a stove and all the little appliances were much needed for breakfast. Definitely getting a bang for your buck staying here.

My Chic Apt StayI’m writing this review after having to dig hair out of the sink in the bathroom to make it drain a little better. No small dresser to place clothing. I don’t like living out of a suitcase. Kitchen has an electric coffee pot and toaster. There isn’t a plug socket in reach of the cords on the counter, or a side table, so I use the trash can as a table. There is an extension cord, but has frayed wires sticking out near the plug itself. The TV in the bedroom doesn’t work. Initially I thought the apartment was tidy, but I was fooled by the 3 plugins perfuming the small one bedroom apartment. The bed was not made properly as the top sheet wasn’t tucked under the mattress and I had to get up in the middle of my first night and remake the bed. The Bathroom sink is still partially clogged. The bath drain is clogged; there are three inches of standing water in the tub as I’m showering and once the water is turned off it slowly drains leaving the tub looking dirty. Somebody’s red fingernail was behind the towel basket in the bathroom. The toilet seat is quite loose, wobbles around and since it’s so small of a toilet to begin with, it’s quite uncomfortable. The tile floor in the bathroom is quite dirty, I didn’t want yo be bare footed. The approximate location map on the Vrbo site is completely off target. Since I didn’t have my spouse with me I put up. There is no way the person who cleaned the facility didn’t know the sink and tub didn’t know clogged.

It’s was a great stay, 11 mins from the C, and 2 mins to the 19 bus that took me straight to my mother’s house. We were also close to restaurants.. over all the place was comfy, cozy, and inviting.

we stayed here with my girlfriend to visit the city and we were delighted by how prepared and organized this apartment was. so clean so tidy. the kitchen has everything you need, is warm in the winter. the bed is confortable enough. and the host was very nice and helpful too. even though we were sick we spend time indoors and we enjoyed it a lot !!

So happy to have been the first guest in this amazing apartment! This was really a Gem! Exactly how it’s described, comfy, very clean and close to all is what I loved best. The host was so attentive and sweet. I will definitely return!
