Our cable kept going in and out, the phone to the front desk rang busy the entire night, the heating/cooling unit was constantly making noise through the night, at 8am a cart was being wheeled up and down the outer hall which was loud waking up customers which then led to someone screaming and swearing from their room for it to stop. ...

Room blinds would not release to cover the window and the window curtains had to be propped with a cushion to approximate closure. Limited in-room coffee. Friendly, attentive staff.
