    LaKaSa House on Hill Street is a stunning oceanfront retreat, perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sounds of crashing waves. This spacious yet cozy home boasts four bedrooms plus a studio bedroom and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. The wraparound deck, private beach walkway, lush grass lawn, and backyard play area make this the perfect getaway for families and friends alike. The huge master suite features 2 separate private balconies, walk-in closet, and master bath, all complemented by spectacular ocean views.

    Inside, LaKaSa is thoughtfully furnished, featuring a fully stocked and recently remodeled kitchen that is ready for everything from casual meals to gourmet feasts. With two breakfast bars, a spacious dining area, and plenty of seating, mealtime is always a comfortable experience. The home also offers a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator, perfect for mixing cocktails while enjoying the ocean breeze. This house has a happy atmosphere. It has multiple spaces for eating, relaxing, playing games - perfect for getting together with extended family. Direct beach access allowed us to spend all day on the beach. The beach is clean and water is clear - cars are allowed on the beach so you have to be careful with children.

We absolutely loved this house. Coffee on the deck every morning was a highlight. It was clean and well organized. Highly recommend. Our kids asked if we could rent the house again, that says a lot.

Just what we needed

The house was on a beautiful beach - kids spent hours in the water...The kitchen area was large enough to accommodate all of us at one time, cooking, feeding babies and small children, and cleaning. Very relaxing vacation.

We loved the location and the house in general. The only negative was some of the stale air and salt from the ocean, but what do you expect? We got used to it and it was fine. We definitely liked the close proximity to the ocean, which allowed for beach time at a moment’s notice. The outside decks were great and provided a nice cool ocean breeze. We are very happy with our rental and would do it again if we come back.

Perfectly located for an enjoyable beach stay

We enjoyed everything this home offered. Private rooms and bathrooms for all of us. A very well stocked, huge kitchen. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and the walkover to the beach. Very close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Great house right on the beach

We had a wonderful time in this house with my children, grandchildren and Grand dog. We were in NSB to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday and this spot was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and had an amazing view of the ocean just steps from the house. We will be back!

Great location!

This property was in a perfect location and the perfect size for our family! Very clean. A few imperfections from hurricane damage but property manager very receptive to our inquiry. We enjoyed relaxing beach days and all the items offered at the property! Putt putt golf, great restaurants, shops, E bike and golf cart rentals only a few miles away.
