"Amazing location, amazing, property, outstanding guest services (shout out to Brittney) for amazing wine and fire pit evenings... group activities for the whole family to enjoy. enjoyable walk down the boardwalk to the beach, sand dune experience was delightful. Top notch stay... will of course come back again, and again and again... yall are amazing..."

"Room was in bad shape. Definitely not worth 800 dollars for 2 rooms for 2 nights... Blackout curtain was not functional and when I requested they replace the non-functioning window they said they would and never did. The charger on the night stand had been removed and replaced with a piece of wood. The " breakfast" was very disappointing.. not much selection for what I paid. Broken tiles in the bathroom and shower that ran barely at a trickle.. no pressure.."

"The room had sand everywhere the bathroom is so small and we had a suite. The hallway floors were so nasty looking with stains everywhere and on the 3rd floor there is a huge gap right at the elevator on the left side. The door to the balcony is so hard to open do to rust. You have to pay $10 a night to park and they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Over all not to bad but I don’t think we will be staying here again we where in room 308 for one night."

"I should not have been charged the amount I paid, the property was in shambles, bad odor throughout, even the employees had such shocking BO, the smell continued to permeate the elevators when they got off. I'm not sure you should even open to the public, there was damage and broken tile, walls, all facilities were filthy and in shambles, not sure how to describe the condition of this property other than in shambles."

"We checked in Friday afternoon and immediately informed the front desk that we did not have HOT water in the sink they said they would have it fixed they did not Saturday morning we asked again to fix the hot water and the desk people said they would they did not Saturday afternoon housekeeping had not come to our room so I went to the desk and checked on that and I was told they would not clean the room until after 3 days unless we requested house cleaning daily I requested house cleaning daily...

"The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place."

"The original room we were assigned had a foul odor and the TV did not work, so we requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room also had a strong unpleasant smell as well. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with the third floor, since both rooms were located there. The biggest concern was cleanliness. On our last night, I dropped something on the bathroom floor under the sink and discovered a pair of dirty underwear that did not belong to anyone in our group. Finding that left...
