"Beautiful gated hotel right on the beach. It has beach access but there is a big ol mound of soft sand you have to climb to get there, I imagine it could cause trouble for elderly or handycap. Other than that the property is amazing."

"It was supposed to sleep 8 people it didn’t it had only 2 beds . It was supposed to have a pool it didn’t.one ceiling fan didn’t work. I had no ocean view. Staff was nice. Breakfast was nice."

"Hotel was very dirty and run down. Paneling was peeling of the hall walls. Hall carpets were stained. Room bathrooms were dirty and moldy. Balcony was rotten and moldy. Only upside was the proximity to the beach."

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"I’d like to start by saying the staff was great in accommodating me however the first room ac unit leaked all night and soaked my luggage and the second room was missing a coffee filter so I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee other than being a place to sleep after taking out a boat this place is useless for a small family next time I come I’ll stay at a beachside hotel for the price of this which ended up being the equivalent of an hourly rate motel"

"I didn't like the TV, as it isn't set up to connect to YouTube, Netflix, and Prime."

"When it was time for bed and the comforter was removed, there was fresh sh*t smears on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund but said they don't provide those. When I asked for another room, he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for the premium room that was the only available that evening. SERIOUSLY?? Get your act together."

"The property was clean and felt safe for a solo female traveller. While showing some wear and tear, it felt well worth the price."

"Place is totally under staffed....we were triple charged for room deposit....dog hair in elevators...elevators didn't work....had my personal belongings stole out the back of my truck...horrible experience for the money we paid....stay clear"

"The hallway carpets smell like what you would expect from a dirty kid’s indoor playground. Stains all over them. Our bathroom had loose tiles and one had apparently been replaced at one point and they used way too much grout, so it was 1/3rd an inch higher then the rest and a foot in front of the toilet. So each night we both hurt our feet making our way to the restroom. The pool was also closed. The pictures are clearly from when the hotel first opened."
