"Property interiors are updated very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is outside and the season was not appropriate for it to be open. We will definitely stay here again."

"The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. "

"Terrible. Cheaper is not always better. We were charged an extra $35 stay when we arrived and already booked/paid through Expedia. NEVER have we had to pay anything extra. The room only could open if we asked front desk. There is a sign saying no return policy. They knowingly seem to know how to work the system to fraudulently scam people. We get to our room and the tv is broken, won’t stay on. We report it. Was told it wasn’t like that. I requested the $35 back. If they want extra the room...

"We were satisfied with our room at the Quality hotel. The checkin was quick and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered hot and cold selections. We could walk to a nearby chain restaurant so we didn’t have to drive after we got settled at the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant."

"Everything was great! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, good location, close to the highway and a few food options. Not too far from the airport. Their elevator was broken and they put us on the third floor! That was a lot of trips up and down the stairs. Hopefully that gets fixed soon! "

"Over all clean hotel. We booked this one because it was cheaper and stayed breakfast was included but it was not included. Had to pay for breakfast and what they offered wants lacking. "

"Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back."
