"Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back."

"The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. "

"We were satisfied with our room at the Quality hotel. The checkin was quick and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered hot and cold selections. We could walk to a nearby chain restaurant so we didn’t have to drive after we got settled at the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant."

"Everything was great! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, good location, close to the highway and a few food options. Not too far from the airport. Their elevator was broken and they put us on the third floor! That was a lot of trips up and down the stairs. Hopefully that gets fixed soon! "

"The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable-we had a king size; breakfast was good and the oatmeal toppings bar was a great touch. There...

"Over all clean hotel. We booked this one because it was cheaper and stayed breakfast was included but it was not included. Had to pay for breakfast and what they offered wants lacking. "

"I was there for a total of 10 days. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator would freeze everything I put in it and the AC was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but they would not fix that refrigerator. "

"The room was considerably dirty upon arriving with a broken tub. The floor was wet in various spots and walls had undeclared stains that resembled vomit. Sheets were not clean. The vending machine ate my money and I was told they don't serve them so can't refund. Terrible experience. "

"Property interiors are updated very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is outside and the season was not appropriate for it to be open. We will definitely stay here again."
