"Good stay overall. Enjoyed the separate bedroom. Both beds were good for sleeping but the sofa bed was terrible. The room is dated overall - carpeting and upholsterey were stained and old but the bar and washroom were good overall - well stocked. Fitness room was supposed to be 24 hr but since it was only accessible via the pool we were only permitted by select front desks attendants to use it after 11. Thanks L!! The connection to the pool is not very efficient since the heat from it caused...

"Vivian checked us in Saturday evening and she was wonderful. A very pleasant experience. We had an issue with the AC at first and she came up to the room personally to check it out. The AC had reset and started working as we met her at the door. Again, an exceptional employee. Mike was at the desk for checkout. He was not very personable at all and rude at times to the guests coming to counter."

"Our only issue was the pillows. Standard pillows on a king size bed does not work well. Also, pillow firmness options would be a very nice touch. Overall our stay was great and the staff was excellent. "

"Awful stay. First waited in line to check in for over 20 mins, the line didn’t move, so we left to get to our event and decided to check in when we returned. When we got there then late in the night, it still took very long. Supposedly the computer said all the rooms were dirty, so the worker was going to check each room. Then put a/c did not work. The pool was out of service. Only had two towels in the room."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was very nice!"

"We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and 2026. The quality of the hotel has gone down during that time period. This is a corporate issue. The studio kitchen had visible sticky food on it upon arrival and the pans had been scraped /usable to cook. The front desk women who checked us in was happy to provide new pans to us. We washed the rest of the dishes upon arrival because there was dust/dirt on them. The bathroom also had remnants of prior guests (dirt/hair). The pool was not usable during our stay...

"Very nice property, brand new. The staff is top notch- went out of their way to be helpful and kind, and efficient. Everything is on time, closing/opening. The pool is awesome, has a shallow end for kiddies. We watched the USA soccer game outside on a big screen eating popcorn while the kids played on the grassy area. That was so cool. I also brought our dog and there are areas around the hotel where dogs can go, we ended up going to Fox brook beach down the road and taught the dog how to swim....

"The staff were very nice and very helpful. But the cleanliness and experience It was “okay”. The cleaning was okay, it wasn’t horribly gross but it wasn’t super clean either somewhere in between. The hot tubs a perfect example there was like black smears in the walls of the hot tub. There was bug corpses in the pool area. There was an earwig in the sheets with us. But the tub was clean and the shower head was nice. I misunderstood the breakfast part did not realize it was 15 dollars person...
