"Property was nice and clean, good walking distance to Queen Street, eateries, groceries, and public transport. One issue we had was the property called us a few days ahead to confirm the reservation. At this point we checked about hiring a cot. However, when we got there we asked about it and it’s like there was no note of our conversation ever existing, so they said they would send one up to our room. Hours later and still nothing, so we had to call reception, they said to come down from our...

"Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However the TV was lacking in options (it is hard to believe you don’t have Netflix access or some other apps) and the main TV had a shadow coming down from the top left corner. The fridge leaked some water on to the floor. Also as our room faced Elizabeth St the live music from Irish Murphy’s was quite noisy until midnight each night."

"Great location, only 5 minutes walk from cafes and the Expedition Centre. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. On the downside, the wifi was extremely slow, too slow to use it for work or meetings. Also, the apartment didn't have heat and could have benefited from maintenance. For example, the TV remote didn't work and the toilet paper holder was broken. "

"The hotel was good. But there were a few stains on the carpet and bed sheets and the towels didn’t seem very clean. The parking was also a bit too expensive and not a good parking area for bigger cars. The hotel overall was quite good though. I would definitely stay there again."

Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. "It was a wonderful stay as a first timer visiting Brisbane except for one thing that is very important especially in time of any calamities. I was there during the cyclone Alfred, the apartment was not equipped with emergency lights inside the unit not even a flashlight if in case of a power outage amidst of a calamity. Though nothing happened but what if something happened? Overall the place was very convenient almost to everything and it’s a comfortable place to stay in …."
