"Reception refused me to check-in although I have pre-paid incl breakfast. Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching ..."

"Sauber, einfach, praktisch, freundliches Personal, Küchenausstattung ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Auch einen kompletten Regentag konnten wir gut im Zimmer aushalten. Liegt perfekt am Bahnhof und zur Altstadt ist es auch nicht weit zu laufen."
