"The person at check in was so warm and friendly! Our cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the views and the horses were an added bonus! If you’re planning a trip I strongly recommend here! Don’t worry about the temperature, the gas fireplace about ran us out (you can turn it on and off). Plan on staying here again! "

"Very cute modern log cabin. I am very happy to say i saw a couple dusty web strands but no bugs/spiders at all! The cabin is modern as in well sealed and insulated from temperature and noise and bugs. The wood work inside is absolutely beautiful! And the air conditioning worked great. Roomy, spacious, and worked out well for us. Main floor is a master bedroom with attached bathroom and two more bedrooms wirh a common full bath. There is also a nice recreation room downstairs with a foosball...

"It was a gorgeous house with fantastic amenities. I really loved all the fun lights and the custom wood work was extremely impressive. Super close to Ingles with walking/hiking super close too. Lake lure is such a lovely place and this was a great home to stay at!"

"Very cozy, quiet, clean. Limited tv but that is the area. At first seemed bad but ended up enjoying the limited tv very much. There is so much to do in the area. We went nonstop all and then came back each night for a home cooked dinner. So relaxing. "

"This was a great cozy cabin in the woods! We used the fire pit at night and the kitchen for a couple meals. We didn't get to see the local bear but the place was great. The road leading to the house is tight so I wouldn't recommend bringing a big trailer but our sprinter made it no problem and a short trailer wouldn't be a problem either.When we were leaving we met the host and she was very nice too. We would gladly come back."

"It was exactly what was needed. We run a small farm and needed privacy and quiet. We got that and more. We did shopping and sightseeing first so once we got on the mountain we stayed Hot tub was perfect for repeat dunking. Every thing was exceptionally clean with even an included gift basketWe would definitely stay here again"

"The location is excellent. Secluded but convenient to shops, dining and activities in Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Lots of great hiking everywhere! The decor in the cabin is perfect. "We were very happy with this house- fantastic view and tons of room for 6 retired ladies on their annual ladies trip. We met the host Gwen who gave us some great recommendations and also quickly fixed a minor issue. We enjoyed the restaurants in Lake Lure. GreyHawk and Lured had great outdoor spaces and food. All of us agreed (no small feat for six 60 ladies) that we will return to Lake Lure next year and to this house!"
