When I checked the staff was very friendly and courteous. We also got help with our luggage and the person who helped was helpful and gave us good tips for sightseeing. The only hiccup was the room don’t have a refrigerator and when I asked to move rooms that had a refrigerator they said it was not ...

Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe
Thought parking was pricey and no self park. Also earlest checkout time Ive ever seen, who does 10am except this place. Also latest check in time Ive ever seen 4pm! Probably wont stay here again!
