"We hosted a wonderful family reunion at this lake Conroe home in April sound. We rented a boat and it was great to be able to tie up at the dock right in front of the house.The house is a little older, but generally well maintained. There are LOTS of stairs… The only caveat is the 5th sleeping area is just an extension of the breakfast room, not a real bedroom.Overall, had a fantastic weekend and will likely return in the future"

"The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property...

"This is a fabulous property. Perfect for a large family! My kids families of 4 each and me! We all had a private space. The kids loved all the toys and the pool! So peaceful. We had guests one day and there was room for all. We didn’t stay long enough to get to enjoy everything. We plan to come back!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julias April Sound home. It was the perfect stay for our family to celebrate our mother’s 85th birthday. Such a perfect location, clean, comfortable, and completely felt like home away from home. Great communication too!"

"We loved the house and the property. Unfortunately it rained, but it was good luck for the wedding. We had our grands over on Sunday but just to visit. Then we all went home (we live in Montgomery) since it was so cold, etc. GREAT PLACE, great owner! Everything was awesome."

"Great spot! Would definitely return and we hope to do so. I would just say for any Anglers, you will have to park your boat off site which isnt ideal. "

"One of the best stays my friend group and I have had yet! Pictures are exactly as it looks. Great location right on the lake, very easy access to get in the lake and pool was great as well. Great space for a large group and a baby. Had everything we all look for in one which is hard to come by! "
