"Melbourne Inn is a fake hotel which does not exist at the street address indicated at the Expedia website (29 Sheriff Street, Georgetown, Guyana). I have paid online for one night stay in Melbourne Inn, but had to stay in another hotel instead. Not sure if my payment is going to be refunded. "

Improvement must be done in terms of realizing about the importance of having INITIATIVE towards the tourists interests but I can say that the warmth and human quality of Guyanese can make you forget about any trouble you get there."

And after so much insistence they refused to refund me, and stuck to their internal cancellation policies, even when they realized it was a mistake and I was there. They could have charged the first night and canceled the other two, it would have been the most understandable and logical thing to do. "
