Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. "There is two side to this property. I was placed on the dirty side at the back. I stayed for 3 days and have to constantly request towels. No amenities was available in the room. The fridge were unplugged, no water , no shower gel. I have been to lots of hotels in Jamaica and this is the worst.
