"Visitors Inn is an excellent hotel. I stay there about 5 times a year when visiting friends in Hamilton. The rooms are big, clean and cheerful. The staff are always friendly and helpful. "

"This was our second stay in the space of a week when we needed somewhere for one night before flying out of Toronto airport. New building, great staff, nice breakfast. The area around the hotel is a bit run down but that is just how it is in downtown Hamilton. Does have a number of places to eat within a short walk."

"Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people."

"Staff was FANTASTIC!! Rooms were clean, lobby was beautifully decorated, breakfast was convenient and offered a lot of hot and cold options for the whole family. The Hotel itself needs quite a bit of updating, and fixing, and the surrounding area is definitely up and coming but currently lacks. "

"Limited parking as uhaul trucks take up to many spots. Room was very basic no chairs, microwave and mini fridge did work. Had to ask front desk for a remote for the tv as the one in the room didn't work. Like the laminate flooring over carpet. Keyless entry into room via a key pad. Very very basic over all. Id stay there again but not a place to take wife or family "

"We went to The Pearle to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Right from arrival, the valet bellmen are so helpful unloading our vehicle, and ensuring a warm handoff to check-in. After they brought all our bags up, we quickly realized we forgot a bag in our car and they remedied the situation immediately. The spa was well worth every penny! It was pure luxury! We enjoyed spa treatments, and had lunch served in the adjoining pool lounge area....
