"Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"I should have asked them ahead of time to do what they could to support our mid-morning arrival after a red-eye flight. Luckily, they were eventually able to accommodate. Parking however was annoying: off-season (summer college break), the only times the rooms are available, paying guests are forced to park at the far end of the building, with no doors there to let us in or out. Yet there was a consistently EMPTY FIELD of parking spaces directly in front of the Residence entrance. But...

"The property seems to be properly maintained and the room was very clean. Breakfast was not included, but there is a Bistro in the lobby that serves good breakfast and sandwiches etc in the evening. There is plenty of parking, but it can be difficult to exit the parking lot sometimes due to heavy traffic."

"This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(."

"I’ll avoid this the next time I book. The convenience of the location is quickly overwhelmed by the problems. Thin walls allowing TV noise to pass through, noisy guests playing in hallways passed 22:30, the shower head was extremely loud, the lobby decor was awkward and crowded the walking space, the pool was left unattended and dirty between 10:00-23:30 ( towels and other leftovers) I walked past multiple times with no change. The gym was often dirty as well."

"One of the worst hotel I've stayed in all of my travels. The staff were rude, hotel was dirty, and breakfast was minimal. On the day of of my checkout, I was supposed to checkout at 11 am, one of the staffs knock on my door at 11:05 asking me to vacate the room. I asked if I can stay until 11:30 am and was refused. I was waiting for my friend to come pick me up."
