There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but...

"Everything was pretty much perfect. If I have one complaint it would be our check in.p We were told that check in is at 3pm We didnt get into our room until like 4 30. This is unacceptable."

"I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid...

"We were staying there because we had a wedding venue close to the hotel. Upon returning for the night. We found water and an ice bucket waiting for us. As well on checking in a small cake with fruit berries. "

"It was ok, not amazing. Breakfast was mediocre at best with few choices and was the same all three mornings. No alternative options offered for any dietary restrictions. Room was clean enough but not as advertised in photos for room I thought I had booked. It is also right beside the highway and the noise impact is significant in the front facing rooms. "
