Welcome to Oceans at Sulgrave Manor! This one-of-a-kind rental here in Nassau is known for its amazing location right on Goodman’s Bay. It is a private paradise on the most highly sought-after white sand beach in all of Nassau, and only footsteps away from Baha Mar, right on Cable Beach and 10 minutes to Downtown. 30 second beach walk to Baha Mar or a beautiful 3 minute walk down the lit up path to Baha Mar.

With 2,200 sq ft of living space this unit is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. It features a newly renovated and open concept kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room area and a stunning balcony with views of the ocean. The unit features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. All SmartTVs are equipped with streaming services for you to enjoy during your stay. We also have a pull-out sofa that converts into a queen bed, sleeping an additional 2 guests.

During your stay you will have full access to Winnie, she has been working with our family for the past 15 years, she will be a great help for you during your stay. Working along side Winnie, we have the lovely Eureka. They will greet you upon arrival, turn over the keys to you, do a walk through with you, show you the property and the grounds. The girls are able to run errands and groceries for you during your stay. Guests will cover the cost of groceries/liquor + a $50 service fee for pick up and delivery.

Directly beside Baha Mar, which holds 15+ world-class restaurants and cafés, the Caribbean's largest and most luxurious casino and plenty of shops. You can either walk along the beach to access Baha Mar in just 30 seconds or you can opt for the beautiful scenic lit up path walk to Baha Mar which takes about 3 minutes!

We have a reserved parking available, if you have a rental car Winnie will show you where to park.

Other features include upgraded washer and dryer, AC, Wi-Fi, daily housemaid/cleaning service (no additional fee), a heated outdoor swimming pool, private beach and a fully secure building with concierge at the front desk – we’ve got you covered for everything you need.
**Primary booker must be at least 25 years old, we will check ID at check-in**

Please do remember, this is a family building, please be respectful to the other owners. Remember, you are sharing the premises with owners who take pride in their home, we do ask that you follow these simple house rules:

*QUIET HOURS: please refrain from making noise after 11 PM

*PARTIES: parties are not permitted in any of our suites

*SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in our suites under any circumstances

*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool

*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby

*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite

*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy

*GARBAGE: each floor has a garbage container located in the staircase
