"The room was clean the pillows were not fluffy the mattress was thin. Could be a cultural thing. There was no lounge. The restaurant was terrible nothing but a vending machine. Breakfast was weird you would think some scrambled eggs potatoes some meat. None of that. They only shop nearby was the donki. English pub around the corner was OK but really loud. Iowa BBQ was egh."

"The room was very clean, and the staff were all so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing as were the private bath areas. The gym was equipped with treadmills, ellipticals a rowing machine and a few light free weights and stability balls. The hotel is located in a beautiful quieter area of Shibuya but a very close walk to a few train stations and the heart of Shibuya crossing. Will definitely stay here again"

"I had an amazing stay here. I stayed here for 5 nights, following another separate night after my 3D trip to Kamikochi.
The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They allowed to me keep my luggage in between my two separate stays. There are washer and dryer available, amenities for use. There are breads and hot coffee/tea in the morning for guests as well.
The rooms are clean and the usual size like those in Japan but sufficient enough for me. Its a short walk to the train...

"Great Local location within Shinjuku. Booked on a whim and lucked out well. Able to check in early just task was only a 2000yen transaction myself and worthwhile after long day of travel. Located near golden Gai alley, is a walk from Shinjuku Station. But a healthy one was able to jump right into the swing of the swing of things in Toyko.
