"Hotel was great and cosy, staff were very nice as well. Probably one of the most convenient hotel. I’d definitely stay again for my short trips. For the price i paid ($400 SGD++) per night, the only issue were the slippers - they are too thin and the thread sometimes gets stuck to your feet after showering. Shower pressure is also relatively lower than other hotels i’ve stayed at."

"This hotel is not well maintained, the walls are all scratched, the rooms have a weird smell and its location next to the subway isn’t actually great because that subway line doesn’t take you to the tourist locations. Don’t recommend! The room was also smaller than expected and lacked lustre. The staff was also super incompetent, they tell you to use the laundry service you need to get the bag at the front desk but they don’t actually have it. Complete waste of time."
