"The property is fine for what it is, which is a no-frills hotel. The staff was pleasant and responsive and the room was clean, so can't ask for much more. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch."

It only is available if there are enough staff and I was told “do you know what uber is?” By one of the staff members in a very condescending way when I enquired about reserving a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. They need to communicate and maybe even not offer an airport shuttle if it is this disorganized."
