"Water damage, paint peeling from bathroom ceiling. The door to get in the room is hard to use and seemed jammed. They have a air blower running throughout the day and night which made it really loud."

"Parking is far every time you pick up the vehicle and not to mention a validation is needed before heading to parking. If you forgot the validation you need to walk again back to hotel and back to parking… it’s a hassle. Homeless people are in the area too, hopefully the issue will be solved by our social workers."

We were there for our daughter's graduation from Cornell and the nightly rate was 3 times more than usual. But, it seems that most of the other hotels in the area also took advantage of the demand and price gouged."

Once in the room I quickly realized my family could not stay in the tiny room or sleep in the tiny beds (secondary but worth noting the general condition and cleanliness - see photos). I made a reasonable request of staff and management to refund me the last 2 nights of my stay, as I had to move my family to another hotel. "The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice. Our room was MOSTLY clean (although there were visible coffee stains on the bed spread, and a glossy kiss-mark on the wall). We did have to find staff to get more toilet paper, as our room was not serviced during our stay. We did enjoy their proximity to stores and waterfalls. Also, as a heads up to visitors- some of the pictured amenities were not there at the time of our visit. When we were there the outdoor eating area shown in pictures...

"My stay was quite disappointing. The bedroom was not maintained properly, and the bedsheets were cleaned and appeared very old. The blankets provided were of poor quality and uncomfortable. The breakout/common area was also not cleaned properly, which gave an overall unhygienic impression. In addition, the TV in the room was not working, which was inconvenient during my stay.
