"Excellent location."

"The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. There are many great hotels in NYC, but the Langham’s 5th Avenue location...

"The hotel staff were very welcoming. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! The room was clean and large enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was fabulous. We could see the Empire state from our bedroom window! The view from the roof top bar shouldn’t be missed, really fantastic. Especially of a night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We have been to New York twice before this trip, this is definitely our favourite for location and the Hotel."

"Very comfortable beds. Super helpful and friendly staff. Close enough to walk to many major attractions including the Empire State, Bryant Park and Time Square but in a more quiet area with plenty of local amenities nearby. We would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"We love The Library Hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. We were greeted with wine! So thoughtful, so wonderful. One difficulty - hard for old eyes is how dark the room is. Just a little more light. Nonetheless, we keep coming back to The Library Hotel."

The rooms are very clean and a great size for the city of NY. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and never disappoints. On top of all that the location is fantastic overlooking Bryant Park. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NY. "

"The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this good value hotel. The room and bathroom were well looked after. The reception staff and doormen were all very helpful and friendly. Room had a slightly dated aesthetic but this didn't subtract anything from the overall experience. It was easy to get cabs or take the nearby subway from this hotel as well. "
