"This hotel was a short walk to restaurants and many attractions. It was located in a safe area and had many great amenities. One of our favorite was 24 hr access to beverages and snacks on the second floor. We will be returning again."

"The Jewel was the perfect spot to stay for a long weekend. We could walk to everything. It’s clean, quiet, has cozy bedding and refillable water bottles which is so nice. We will be back!"
"Very welcoming staff on the reception desk, especially Ami who made us feel very comfortable and did the best she could to get us an early check in.The friendliness and courtesy from the staff managing the breakfast area on the other hand could do with some improvement.At times we almost felt discriminated given that one particular staff member chose to completely ignore our presence while chatting away heartily to other guests.Other than this experience I can’t rate this hotel highly enough!!"

"What an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. We were greeted and given a thank goodie bag and upgraded because it was my boyfriend’s birthday. We had the best and most wonderful stay and I highly recommend it. We will be back and this will be our hotel in New York City!!"
"I'm thankful that there are still thoughtful, gracious human beings with beating hearts like Janet still employed in a great city like New York City to welcome guests and manage their check in process. I stayed (again) at the Grand Central location. Janet is a gem.

"Friendly staff on arrival, we were slightly early for checking in but this wasn’t a problem as we were upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was excellent, we always stay at the Renwick when in NYC and I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square etc. Grand Central is just a couple of blocks away for getting around Manhattan isn’t a problem. "
