"This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday and water and toiletries replenished regularly. The breakfast had a superb variety and the waiters were always there to serve you with whatever you wanted. The Safron Spice restaurant food is of a very high standard and there is often no need to go else where to dine. We ate only at the hotel to avoid any health issues. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very difficult to find the hotel Not easy to get to the reception, go through many hoops to get there. Not very professional staff at the reception. Rooms smell Towels weren't very clean. Stopped for literally 6 hours to get showered etc. Rooms without windows Perhaps can say, you get what you paid for, although wasn't that cheap. Should pay little more and get a decent hotel."

"They are the cheaters, they took extra Rs.6000/- from me. Though I had booked the room for one day. I am going to send legal notice to Expedia & Svenska Hotel. I have video recordings along with proof of local police. Hotel management blaming Expedia for all troubles. They have traumatized both me & my wife. My blood pressure went high & they put me under depression & they collected extra Rs.6000/- My submission to you is either Expedia or Hotel Svensk had to refund my money & apology. Else...
