"Bath towels were very old and very worn. Also, they were too small. In room coffee had no stirring sticks and brewing instructions were nonexistent! Bag full of trash was left in our room on bathroom counter which was not cleaned(still had toothpaste on it)."

Air Conditioning unit in the room was awful. Set to 68 yet woke up sweating. Staff also advertised the continental breakfast to us on our arrival and when we went to enjoy it in the morning, we were told we “weren’t on the list”. $200/night for no breakfast and a crappy night’s sleep. "The room and halls of the hotel were not clean. We felt there may have been fleas In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer."
