"Booking through Expedia was seamless, Placemakr reached out a couple days later and sent link to do the registration process that they require. On same day of check-in, email was sent with the information needed to be ready for check-in process(done through Latch app). *Note: Be sure to always have a charged phone since it is needed for access for ALL doors* Parking in private garage was only $10 a night but def. worth it since its not in the safest spot of Reno. "The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. "
