"The house and location was perfect for our family and friends. We attended our daughter’s wedding at Eleven Eighty and the house was just perfect. "The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. "Our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) had a wonderful 3 night stay at the start of the NSW school holidays, We greatly appreciated the care package (lots of yummy goodies) that Luane left for us. There is so much to do at the property that you don’t need to leave. It was well equipped - from kitchenware, to IT, to kids’ toys, to activities for all. Communication with Luane was seamless, making arrival and departure very easy. We had a wonderful family holiday and we would love to come back...

"From the moment we parked up to 4 vehicles, the 3 br home with ensuites to all were breathtaking. The BBQ area was nice and the rear deck relaxing, to see the the sunset overlooking green paddocks. Each room has its own toilet, bath and shower. The kitchen is decked out for food preparation. Will definitely go back... a stunning homestead in a quiet area of Berry. The township is welcoming and quaint."
