"The hotel is in a great position for walking or catching the tram around town. The breakfast specials like an omelette take ages to arrive after ordering or not at all. The shower is in the bath so it’s slippery. The ambience is dark with minimal lighting. Overall it’s a good hotel and more reasonably priced. "

"This is a small, unique hotel in the Museum District of Amsterdam. It has five floors and a tiny elevator. The hotel comprises two different buildings which are not on the same level so when you go up you must go down again if your room is in the second building. The stairs have extremely small footspace and are covered in a geometric pattern of bright colors. We found the stairs very awkward and difficult. The building is beautiful, full of character, and the location is absolutely spot on! everything you could want is just a short walk (or tram ride) away.
