We met a housekeeper who was cleaning some of the other apartments, and she was very nice and helpful to us, because we arrived a half an hour earlier than our check-in time and she called management to allow us to access the apartment. "Great location and staff was very helpful. The only thing I’ll mention is our room was right by the stairs and it was very noisy early morning and late evening. Not a big deal for us as we were early risers. But if you want to sleep in occasionally, you might want to make them aware."
