They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. We were in the Cockburn Street rooms meaning we had to take the elevator up to the 5th floor, navigate thought the halls to another building and then down the elevator to the 4th floor where the room was.
