This was the nicest staff I have met anywhere. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and helpful. This includes the front office, housekeepers, and restaurant. I felt safe on the premises and appreciated that all questions were welcomed. I felt I formed when they assisted me with tours and opportunities. I was also able to enjoy a lovely view from my balcony of the garden and children’s park. I walked to the main square, Jewish section, and meeting points for my tours from this convenient location. This is a great hotel for women, families, and solo travelers.

A few surprises: 1. No instructions to enter the property, even though I had communications with the property for two consecutive days. 2. Finally received instructions to enter after been waiting at the entrance for over 10 mins. 3. No mentioning of need to take a 12 steps narrow stairs to get to the bed. 4. Towels are way overdue to be replaced.
