"The facility was clean with friendly staff. Unable to check in early, so staff stored my luggage. Also provided us with a late breakfast past its service hours. Neighborhood not the best, some homeless around the area. Parking limited to valet only. I parked in a nearby garage for the day and then overnight valet. "

"I had to extend my stay in the bay area on short notice, and then I had to stay longer, eight nights altogether. As it turned out, I had to spend seven days and nights in the room, not leaving at all. The room was a safe, comfortable place to spend that time, and the staff were kind and considerate. If I had been able to leave the room, the location would have been an excellent base for a visit to the area, with easy walking access to plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, and enjoy local parks...

"We are repeat visitors to this property because of cleanliness, comfort, beauty, and safety. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. This visit was because of a loved one’s funeral. I had some of the best sleep I’d had in a long time— something that can be difficult during periods of intense grief. The view of the Embarcadero is beautiful and comforting. This remains our preferred hotel for stays in the Bay Area."
